Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht
The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period
The Minimum Stay at Christmas and New Year is 5 nights.
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner on New Years Eve which is charged at 650 Baht per person including buffet BBQ dinner, drink and a taxi to the Full Moon party.
All bungalows EXCLUDE breakfast.
Free transfer from the pier for bookings of 3 nights plus.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay
Use of safe box on reception
Transfer to Thongsala Pier 50 Baht per person
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 100 Baht per person

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Low and High Season: Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
